*Note on CD Audio Quality: The Study CDs were recorded
at a higher level of audio quality than the on-line samples, the
latter having been made at a slightly lower quality to conserve
space and allow for more download sampling. There are a few lessons,
however, that have background noise both on-line and on CD.
